In my humble opinion, the African image is long overdue for a complete overhaul. I started this blog as a form of release, but hope in time it will develop into something of an online think tank on issues pertaining to Africa and its experiences.
From time to time, this blog will include a brief mention or a much more involved description of individuals or groups involved in activities, however small, aimed at changing the real and painful images that have over the years come to define Africa.
This will be done with the aim of shedding more light on their various positive engagements with the hope that it inspires YOU, the reader, to act in any way possible on your impulses to help the distressed Motherland that cries out incessantly to her offspring.
If you’ve read this far, you most likely have similar concerns and thoughts on the many aspects of Africa that need to be addressed. So don’t stop now; come on, muse with me.
